"I have observed no other artist using the medium of glass with this degree of architectural integrity that also
conveys such personal messages." --Susan Christie (THE Magazine, February/March 2012)
At Through the Keyhole, the studio of artist Deborah Klezmer, clients seeking the unusual will find a new art in glass.
From antique hardware and original L.C. Tiffany glass jewels to organic materials, Klezmer weaves objects
into a sort of glass tapestry that is narrative, historically informed, and contemporary. She works
in both cold and warm glass techniques and fabricates in bronze and steel.
“[Klezmer’s] already gotten a transformation in how we think about stained glass well under way.”
